For the Ginza team. Your account comes from an admin; POS logins don't work here.

The inbox is coming next.

Every guest conversation (Telegram now; Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS and Viber later) will show here. You'll be able to jump into any chat by typing, and hand it back to the AI.

      The Guestbook

Every guest of Ginza Japanese Restaurant and Ginza Deli, in one place. Pick a guest, or add one.

          AI replies to guests

This is the emergency stop. When it's off, guests get "Thank you for your message! A member of our team will reply to you here as soon as possible." and the alerts group is told who is waiting. Claude is not used.

          Who gets AI replies

Testers only: people on the list below get AI replies; everyone else is told the concierge is in private testing. Everyone: every guest on a switched-on channel.

          ChannelTheir id on that channelName

A Telegram id is the number after user= in the bot's log, or ask @userinfobot.

          Channels
          ChannelOnSpeaks for

A channel that's off gets the holding reply, like the emergency stop, but only there.

          Restaurants

A restaurant that's off gets the holding reply on every channel that speaks for it.

          Bookings by the concierge

          Alerts group (Telegram)

Handoffs, complaints, guests waiting while the AI is off, and every new booking request go here. Add the concierge bot to the group first. To find the group's id, add @RawDataBot to the group for a moment: it posts the chat id (a negative number), then remove it.

          Privacy contact

Shown on the public privacy policy and data deletion pages. Guests write here to see, correct or delete their details. Meta needs both pages before Messenger and Instagram can be connected.

          AI models

Haiku is fast and costs about half as much; Sonnet handles long, tricky conversations and subtle Taglish better. Switching takes effect on the next message. Quiz me practises with the guest model.
